Getting to know your librarians – Jane

Then...

What should we call you?
Jane

Where can we find you?
Southwest Branch

Why teen services?
Youth movements are responsible for many important cultural shifts and all great modern music movements-if youth is wasted on the young-why not revisit it?

Favorite reference resource (print and/or online)?
Zabasearch – the best source for “where are they now?”

Favorite book of all time and favorite book right now?
I don’t have a fav book or band for all time-because different things appeal to me all the time.

Some books I love:

  • McNab, Andy and Robert Rigby. Traitor. Where do your loyalties lie? Don’t judge this book by its cover!
  • Hale, Shannon. River Secrets. Razo’s espionage is the only hope for peace.
  • Ehrenhaft, Daniel. The After Life. Drunk brother, hot sister, $2 million road trip.
  • Johnson, Maureen. 13 Little Blue Envelopes. Ginny’s dead aunt sends her on a scavenger hunt across Europe.

…Now!

We know you love Seattle but where would you most like to live?
St. John (USVI)

What is your favorite word?
Contemporary (As someone my age is my contemporary.)

What is your motto?
There is no excuse for rudeness.
