Hey, everybody out there! Who likes movies? I hope that everyone does, because on Friday, March 5, at the Central Library, there is a film festival. Now, this is no ordinary festival. These are films created by teens, and it is absolutely free! The submissions are from the Northwest Film Forum, The Center School, Reel Grrls, and 911 Seattle Media Arts Center. This event is at the Central Library, starts at 6:30 pm in the Microsoft Auditorium, and ends at 8:30 pm. Teen Center Advisers will be there as well, so lots of people had better come (and should, it will be great). If you are interested in filmmaking, or know someone who is, there are some great books on the subject, such as 130 Projects to get you into Filmmaking and Digital Filmmaking for Teens.
