Spring Break at the Library!

springflowers1-creativecommons It seems that every year, Spring Break comes around and I am once again left in rainy Seattle while everyone and their dog heads off to some sunny vacation resort. Plan for College Over Spring Break

From our colleagues at NELA, the Northwest Education Loan Association, we send you this message:

Are you still firming up your plans for Spring Break? Think you’ll end up hanging out at the Food Court? Planning on taking your World of Warcraft to the next level?

Why don’t you spend just SIX HOURS of your break preparing for your senior year and your college and scholarship applications? We’ll even let you sleep in!

Join the NELA Center for Student Success for our “College for Real, College for You” program, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, April 18th through 20th from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. You’ll play games, eat good food, meet interesting folks (including college admissions officers) and learn the language of college, which majors might interest you, and which colleges are a good fit in the midst of having fun.

Our Spring Break program is free, as are all of our services at the NELA Center. Click here to register for the April 18 event.
